You’ll first want to learn how much mortgage you can afford through a pre-approval letter from a reputable, preferably local lender. As soon as you have that in hand, we’ll send you available properties that meet your criteria and schedule showings for any that catch your eye.

Once you decide to pursue a home, we’ll discuss all the important factors – from the property itself to the neighborhood, and current market conditions. That way, we can make the most competitive offer possible. We’ll also consult you on any counter offers and skillfully negotiate on your behalf.

Your offer has been accepted! Next up is the inspection. We’ll not only help you arrange one within 10 days, but we’ll also show up to go through it together. From there, we’ll follow up on any needed corrections or repairs and keep in contact with your lender to ensure a timely transaction – all while continuing to answer any of your questions and tend to your needs. We’re always within reach – by phone, text, or email!

Will I work exclusively with one West Village agent?

Come one, come all! While we love any chance to see our potential, current, and past clients in person, we ask that you please schedule an appointment to visit with us. We want to be sure we reserve the 1:1 time you deserve! 

Can I come visit the West Village office?

We’re willing to go far if it means meeting your needs. But for a better idea, here are some areas we frequent the most for our buyers: Leawood, Louisburg, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Roeland Park, Spring Hill, Fairway, Brookside, Hyde Park, Mission Hills, Plaza, Waldo, and Westwood. If you have your eye on a particular neighborhood in Kansas or Missouri, let us know!

Absolutely! And honestly, we’re glad you asked. While new builds might seem fairly straightforward, hiring a real estate agent is invaluable. We’ll work with you to find the right builder, advocate in your best interest, assist with any contract negotiations, and help you stay on the right path to get the most out of your investment.
